There's this notion about couponing that you simply can't save big money on all-natural and organic foods, personal care and household items. So if you're serious about feeding your family organic foods, you're doomed to spend all. the. money.
That's a load of bologna (or the grass-fed, nitrate-free equivalent, if you prefer), and I'm here to give you a few tips on saving money the organic way:
1) Check first for coupons.
You can often find printable coupons for organic foods at my favorite stand-bys (Coupons.com, Red Plum, SmartSource), but here are a few additional places you may not know about:
:: Hopster
Full of exclusive coupons for some great organic companies, including $3 off two SunButter products, $1.50 off any four Ella's Kitchen baby products and more. You can "boost" the value of coupons by earning points through taking surveys, watching videos, "liking" companies on Facebook, etc.
:: Mambo Sprouts
Lots of printable coupons you won't find anywhere else, updated regularly. You can also periodically request coupon booklets via mail.
:: Whole Foods
You can also pick up the in-store Whole Foods magazine, usually at the front of the store, filled with manufacturer and store coupons. Store coupons can be combined with manufacturer coupons for huge savings! (I've scored So Delicious coconut yogurts for $0.33!)
2) Save more money with mobile apps.
Be sure to sign up for Ibotta and Checkout51 if you haven't already. They are chock full of grocery offers, including Whole Foods exclusives by Ibotta.
Simply snap a photo of your receipt using the app and you get paid for the participating products you purchase. Both apps allow you to use manufacturer, store and eCoupons in combination with the offers for incredible savings. One example: score FREE Orgain nutritional shakes this week at Whole Foods!
3) Find your favorite organic companies on Facebook and Twitter.
Like them and follow them, and you'll often see exclusive fan coupons and offers, like the FREE Little Duck Mighty Oats we posted recently.
Contact companies and ask for coupons via mail, too! Don't forget to follow me on Facebook and Twitter, as I also like to score amazing deals on organic items and you'll be the first to know.
4) Take advantage of store loyalty cards.
If you're a Safeway shopper, be sure to sign up for the JustForU program. I score amazing Personalized Prices each week on the organic products I regularly purchase, and often score free items!

QFC, Fred Meyer or Kroger affiliate shoppers can take advantage of a huge selection of eCoupons, including coupons for produce and the Simple Truth line of organic products.
5) Don't forget the drug stores.

6) Shop online to save big.
Amazon offers a huge selection of all-natural and organic products, and don't forget to check out their Warehouse Deals for extra discounts. Get great prices on coconut oil, baby food, coffee, flours and more. There's also an extensive selection of gluten-free products. You can get free shipping on thousands of items with Amazon Prime, too.
Vitacost has an impressive online shop full of your favorite organic, all-natural, gluten- and dairy-free brands, and you can get $10 off your first purchase of $35 or more! There are often sales on Bob's Red Mill products, which makes it easy to stock your pantry on the cheap.
You can easily find every organic deal I post by heading to the toolbar at the top of the site, and clicking on the "Organic" tab under "For Your Family":
Successful couponing doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your commitment to organic, all-natural living. As you can see, there are many ways to save money on the groceries you purchase regularly!

I'm a totally real person and totally stumbled upon them while searching for a nice storage provider, so like the rest of the customers, I too would also highly recommend them.
