If you need a little encouragement to coupon, this might be the tool for you! Angela at The Coupon Project created this Excel spreadsheet, and it is free to download!

  This tool tracks the shelf cost (the pre-sale/coupon price), coupons used, discounts and rebates! You can enter a monthly budget, and it will track your total spending against that. Sometimes the "big picture" you gain from these numbers is just the oomph you need to keep couponing!

  It's mid-month truth time: I've spent only $61 for $400 worth of groceries and house supplies! I chose a $300 budget for January-a huge buffer in hindsight!  I now have a better grasp on February's budget. Save your receipts and try it out!
