I found Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate on closeout at QFC for just $3.44 (reg. $5.29). Since they were nowhere near expiration date and the shelf was fully stocked, I'm guessing they are being cleared out for products with newer packaging... which means that you'll hopefully see this great deal in your local store, too!
