  We visited this zoo during a vacation last September and it was an epic day. Much different than an inner-city zoo, the Safari Park offers sprawling animal habitats. We even witnessed a cheetah run at top speed, as in blink-and-you'll-miss-it-top-speed:

  ...as are most of the other 3,500 animals you discover during the day. The staff are super-friendly and ready to share a wealth of information about the animals in their care. We had such a great time, and I definitely want to visit again!
