Recipe: Easy, Frugal Buffalo Chicken Wraps!

Buffalo-Chicken-Wrap

Wraps are so popular and now you can make them at home, and fill them with anything you wish! This recipe fills them with an easy, on the fly concoction including Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. If you are one that thinks that Buffalo Sauce makes almost anything better, this quick and easy recipe is a must try!

For this recipe you'll need:
  • 2 Tyson chicken fingers
  • 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 stalks romaine lettuce
  • Sun-Dried Tomato 12 inch tortilla (or any flavor)
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
And to throw this together:

First, place two chicken fingers on a microwavable plate. Follow directions to cook them. To save time, this recipe uses the microwave to cook the chicken fingers.

Once the chicken fingers are cooked, drizzle Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce over them, and microwave to warm the buffalo sauce.

Wash and cut off ends of lettuce. Next, cut romaine lettuce to length of chicken fingers, in approximately 3-4 inch pieces.

Lay the tortilla flat, and place warm chicken fingers on top of tortilla. You may decide to warm up the tortilla for 10 seconds or so prior to setting the chicken fingers on it, as it will make the tortilla easier to fold and help it to not tear as easily when folding.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of chicken.

Top cheese and chicken with desired amount of ranch.

Make a burrito fold out of the tortilla:

First fold side nearest you away over chicken finger mixture.

Next, fold the left and right sides over the first fold.

The final step to make a burrito type fold is to roll the tortilla away from you, locking in the contents. Hold the Buffalo Chicken Wrap tight and cut in half at an angle.

Enjoy!
