The Foundary opened a great sale on Heuck Classics cookware today, including stainless steel and cast iron pots, pans and skillets!
If I could recommend any item, it would be a 5-quart cast iron dutch oven (top left), if only to make the most amazing no-knead bread! {My mother-in-law is a pro at making The Wednesday Chef's recipe!} Seriously, it won me Best Bread at the county fair a few years ago and there really isn't a substitution for it. It's a meal with some cheese and wine. You will love every last bite!
