Rite Aid: Update to the $3/$15 survey receipt coupons

I wanted to pass along some information concerning the Rite Aid $3/$15 coupons, which have been available on select sales receipts after completing a survey. Here is what Rite Aid wrote on their Facebook page:

We apologize for any difficulties you are experiencing with the $3 off a $15 purchase coupon offered for participating in our customer satisfaction survey. The offer is no longer available, but our stores will honor any receipts that have the survey invitation already printed on them. Simply present the receipt with the survey invitation at the time of checkout.

  I would suggest redeeming the receipts sooner than later, and definitely within 14 days of the receipt. Hopefully Rite Aid will be back with a new coupon offer!
