Plum District: Legoland and Grand Pacific Palisades Resort package deal! (How to Travel on the Cheap: Post #1)

I've been planning to do a series of posts about vacationing on a budget in the next few weeks, since our family of four will embark on our first, real-deal vacation. As in hop on an airplane with two toddlers, fly to San Diego and do every touristy thing possible in one week. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, beaches, Legoland... the works.

Plus, we knew we were getting a steal on admission and the resort stay.

I wish I'd already been to Legoland so I could give you a personal review, but I can say that I've heard only good things about the park from friend's who've visited.
