Ok, so in the midst of all my computer issues yesterday, I grossly misrepresented the awesomeness of the Crest ProHealth rinse deal this week at Rite Aid. I only took into account the coupon in today's P&G insert, completely forgetting about the great B1G1 Free coupon in last month's P&G! My apologies!
I hope many of you can still take advantage of this deal, since it's a huge moneymaker:
Crest ProHealth rinse, 473 ml-1 liter, $4.99
Receive a $4 +UP Reward when you buy one (limit 2)
I bought one Crest ProHealth Complete Rinse (1 liter; included a free 273 ml bottle, too!) and one Crest ProHealth Clinical Rinse (473 ml)
Use the $0.50/1 coupon (8/26 PG)
and use the Buy one Rinse (946ml or larger) and get one Rinse (500ml or smaller) FREE coupon (7/29 PG)
Paid $4.49 out of pocket and received back two, $4 +UP Rewards
Final price: FREE, plus a $3.51 moneymaker!
One of my biggest tips for shopping at Rite Aid is to keep an eye on the end-caps. The purpose of end-cap displays are really to entice you to make a spontaneous purchase, which is a big no-no if you're trying to save money... usually. But, when a sale comes around, you'll often find those sale items in an end-cap display when the normal shelf area is cleared out! You may also find an even better product, like the Crest Rinse I found today with a freebie Rinse attached. That makes your money go even farther, and it's a nice bonus you probably won't find in the aisle!

Should have used 2 Riteaid Coupons from their instore dental care booklets. To get $2 more off.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know such coupon booklets existed! Thanks for the info! Where did you find them?
