Lids missing containers. Containers missing lids. Tupperware so old you don't even want to think about it? This was pretty much the state of my tupperware drawer until last week. It's rather embarrassing, but that's what it looked like. If you are in need of some tupperware intervention like I was, I have a few frugal suggestions!

I decided to purchase coupons for Snapware on Ebay, and was able to score (20) $3.00/1 coupons for about $2.00 shipped. Then, I headed to Fred Meyer, where the BPA-free plastic Snapware containers start at only $1.99! The Snapware I purchased were priced between $1.99 and $5.99 before coupons, and there's a decent-sized container for only $2.99, so FREE after coupon!
I've actually made several transactions of Snapware at various Fred Meyer locations and can tell you that overage was applied on the $1.99 containers. I don't think this is supposed to happen, so your mileage may vary. I was able to use that little bit of overage to help pay for the larger, $5.99 containers. The crazy thing is, I still have 10 coupons left, and my tupperware drawer is quite stocked!
